About Rulocus
Rulocus.com is a dedicated RuneScape private server toplist where OSRS-style and custom RSPS servers compete for visibility. It is one of the harder lists to build a total on, which is why its front page changes far less often than on other toplists. Servers are ranked by votes received in a rolling window, so it is consistency rather than a single push that keeps a listing where RSPS players actually look for their next server.

How voting and ranking work on Rulocus
Each player can vote for a server once every 12 hours.
A server with 50 votes in the past 24 hours is in the running for Rulocus Server of the Day, which puts it in front of everyone browsing that day.
These are Rulocus’s own rules, and they decide what a campaign needs to look like. How toplist voting works covers the vote windows and reset dates of every list we deliver to.
Why buy votes for Rulocus?
Rulocus is deliberately built to be hard to game, and most services that claim to deliver there do not: their votes are submitted but never counted, which is why owners often pay and see nothing move. What matters on this list is accepted votes, and that is the number we report, so your dashboard shows what the site actually took. The result is a vote count that keeps rising without depending on players remembering to come back every day.

Request a toplistFrequently asked questions
How often can players vote on Rulocus?
Each player can vote for a server once every 12 hours. Your campaign runs to the daily target and hourly cap you set in the dashboard, so you decide the pace rather than the ceiling deciding it for you.
How many votes do I need to rank on Rulocus?
It depends on how contested the front page is that week. Open Rulocus, look at the vote counts of the servers sitting where you want to be, and set your daily target from there. You can change it at any time, and unused tokens stay in your balance.
Do you need my Rulocus account or my server's admin login?
No. The public vote URL of your listing is all we need — the same link your players use. We never ask for passwords, admin panels or server access.
What happens if a Rulocus vote does not count?
Nothing is charged. Tokens are only spent on votes Rulocus confirms — most toplists cost 10 tokens per 1,000 votes — so an attempt that does not land leaves your balance untouched.
How quickly do Rulocus votes start arriving?
Within minutes of launching a campaign. Delivery then continues around the clock at your chosen pace, and every vote appears in your dashboard as it lands.
