2. The service
UpvoteRocket provides tools to automate promotion of game servers across supported toplists. Features, supported sites, and pricing may change over time as we improve the Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
4. Tokens & payments
Campaigns are powered by tokens purchased in advance. Tokens are consumed as work is performed. Prices are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been consumed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or in a way that violates the terms of the third-party sites you target. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable rules and laws.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific rankings, uninterrupted availability, or particular results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpvoteRocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
