Is UpvoteRocket a vote bot?
It is a vote delivery service. You never download or run anything: you set a daily target for a toplist and votes are delivered to it, charged only when they are confirmed. What you are buying is the result, not a tool to operate.
What does it cost compared with a vote bot subscription?
